The topic chosen by the author is as interesting as it is useful, as necessary as it is difficult – in the context of the pandemic, when the whole world, including our own country, is painfully experiencing the loss of human lives and the challenge of finding ways, paths and medicines to cope with it. One of the consequences of this pandemic, for all of us, is greater exposure to rising stress and the onset of depression.
