About the book
This book treats life as a conscious game, in which people often take too seriously what is, in essence, temporary and fluid. Osho explains that suffering arises when we identify too strongly with roles, successes and failures, forgetting that life is a continuous process of change.
He stresses that when a person begins to see life as a "game" rather than a battle, they gain inner freedom: less fear, less pressure and more spontaneity. In this state, a person does not lose the seriousness of awareness, but is freed from the excessive weight of the ego.
With a philosophical, meditative and reflective approach, "The Game of Life" invites readers to live with more ease, awareness and acceptance, experiencing life as something to be lived, not a problem to be solved.
